You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 2–3 working days to appear in your account, but please allow up to 7 days depending on your payment provider.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, such as:

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
